Provide therapy for first responders and their family members, lead Debriefing/CISMs after critical incidents and Officer Involved Shootings, assist local and state SWAT teams during Crisis Negotiations call outs as a Mental Health resource on an on-call basis, teach/facilitate classes for first responders in topics to include mental health, crisis negotiation.
